Compassion International Tanzania partners with hundreds of local churches to bring safe water and improved sanitation to the children in our care. Clean and safe water helps them stay healthy, remain active and focus their energy on overcoming poverty.
Our interventions focus on;
Essential Healthy Infrastructure
Well drilling, rainwater harvesting systems, water storage and pumping, toilets, washrooms, septic systems, and filtration.
Hygiene Education
Community training on hygiene, water and sanitation equipment and maintenance, and community waste collection initiatives.
